The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: chemist's and supermarkets where within walking distance. The hotel was in a very quiet area. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy.

Nice comfy base for 3 nights with pleasant staff on the point of leaving when the manager arrived. Wonderful and lovely location, not too far from Robert Dundas. Also - just off beaches and public transport, the seafront and a cliff and a downward slope to the promenade.

My children and I enjoyed being there, it's quiet hotel. The continental breakfast offered a wide array of food, something for everyone's taste. The location was magnificent - right by the sea, bus stop and train station, the hill overlooking the bay and beach. I saw a wooded coastal ravine, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
